How it works
From worried to a working plan in three visits
1
Book & share the story
Pick a time online. Beforehand you tell us what you’ve noticed — reactions, timing, foods, family history — so the first visit is focused.
2
Gentle, right-sized testing
Skin or blood testing, spirometry, or a supervised food challenge — only what your child actually needs, explained as we go.
3
A plan for real life
Written action plans, school paperwork, prescriptions, and a direct line for questions. We adjust as your child grows.

Parents tell it better than we can
★★★★★
“We walked in scared of everything and walked out with a one-page plan the whole family understood. Our daughter’s first peanut-free birthday party actually felt normal.”
Maya R. · parent of a 4-year-old
★★★★★
“My son’s asthma used to mean missed school every month. Six months into his plan he hasn’t needed his rescue inhaler once. The inhaler-technique coaching was the game changer.”
James & Tara P. · parents of a 9-year-old
★★★★★
“They never rushed us and never talked over my kid’s head. Telehealth check-ins mean we don’t drive an hour for a five-minute update. Worth every star.”

Good questions
Before your first visit
What age do you start seeing children?
From newborns through age 18. Infant eczema and early food-allergy questions are some of the most common reasons families come in.
Do we need a referral?
Not usually. A few insurance plans require one — we’ll tell you when you book, and we’re happy to coordinate with your pediatrician.
Should we stop antihistamines before testing?
If skin testing is likely, hold non-drowsy antihistamines (like cetirizine or loratadine) for 5 days beforehand. Keep asthma and other daily medicines going — check with us if you’re unsure.
How long is the first appointment?
Plan for 45–60 minutes. If skin testing is done the same day, add about 30 minutes for the test and results.
